Terms of Service

1. Who may use FindaGF

FindaGF is a dating platform for adults aged 18 or older. You must provide accurate information, use your own identity and photos, and be legally able to agree to these Terms. One person may not operate another person's account without permission.

2. Your account

Keep your login details secure. You are responsible for activity on your account. Tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access. We may require email, phone, identity, age, or profile verification. A verification badge reduces some uncertainty but is not a guarantee about a member's identity, intentions, background, safety, or compatibility.

3. Acceptable use

Treat others with respect. Do not harass, threaten, stalk, discriminate, impersonate, scam, exploit, solicit, spam, distribute malware, scrape the service, evade safety controls, or post unlawful or infringing content. Escort services, paid companionship, sexual services, and solicitation in exchange for money, Diamonds, gifts, or anything of value are prohibited. Do not share another person's private information without permission. Follow the Community Guidelines and Chat Rules shown in the service.

4. Member content

You keep ownership of content you submit. You give FindaGF a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, copy, resize, display, moderate, and distribute that content only as needed to operate, secure, improve, and promote the service, subject to your settings and our Privacy Policy. You confirm that you have the rights needed to submit it. We may remove content that breaches these Terms or creates risk.

5. Matches and interactions

FindaGF does not conduct a full background check on every member and does not promise a match, response, relationship, or outcome. Use care when meeting or communicating. Never send money or sensitive financial information to another member. Report suspicious or unsafe conduct. In an emergency, contact local emergency services.

6. Premium, boosts, Diamonds, and gifts

Prices and what is included are shown before purchase. Premium periods, renewals, cancellation terms, and any taxes or fees are shown at checkout. Digital benefits may begin immediately. Diamonds and in-service items are limited licences, are not legal tender, and cannot be transferred or exchanged except through an expressly offered feature. Gift and cash-out rules, eligibility, rates, minimums, reviews, and fees shown in the service form part of these Terms. We may correct fraud, mistakes, chargebacks, or abuse. Statutory consumer rights are not excluded.

7. Events and third parties

Event details, venues, payment providers, email providers, and linked services may be operated by third parties under their own terms. FindaGF is not responsible for third-party services beyond what applicable law requires.

8. Enforcement

We may warn, limit, hide, suspend, or ban an account, remove content, cancel benefits obtained through abuse, and preserve or disclose records when reasonably needed for safety, fraud prevention, legal compliance, or enforcement. Serious chat-rule violations may cause immediate bans. Where suitable, you may contact us to ask for review.

9. Ending use

You may hide or delete your account in Settings and cancel paid services through the available controls. Some records may be retained as described in the Privacy Policy. We may end or change the service with reasonable notice where practical.

10. Disclaimers and liability

The service is provided on an "as available" basis. To the extent permitted by Malaysian law, we do not guarantee uninterrupted operation or the conduct, identity, or compatibility of members. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded. Subject to that limit, FindaGF is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the service.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms for legal, safety, or service reasons. Material changes will be notified in the service or by an appropriate channel before they take effect where required. Continued use after the effective date means acceptance of the updated Terms.

12. Law and contact

These Terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Malaysian courts have jurisdiction, without limiting any non-waivable rights you have. Questions, complaints, or appeals may be sent through the Contact page.
